Kenangan Taufiq Ismail terhadap Chrisye

(hikmah alquran, sebuah sastra yg agung, mampu menggetarkan hati manusia)......

Suatu saat, Chrisye minta Taufiq Ismail untuk menuliskan syair religi untuk satu lagunya.

Dan disanggupi sebulan.Ternyata, minggu pertama macet, tidak ada ide. Minggu kedua macet, ketiga macet hingga menjelang hari terakhir masih juga tdk ada ide. Taufiq gelisah dan berniat telpon Chrisye dan bilang: Chris maaf, macet, ujar Taufiq.Malam harinya, Taufiq mengaji. Ketika sampai ayat 65 surat Yaasiin dia berhenti.

Makna ayat ini ttg Hari Pengadilan Akhir ini luar biasa, kata Taufiq. Dan segera dia pindahkan pesan ayat tersebut ke dalam lirik-lirik lagu.Ketika pita rekaman itu sdh di tangan Chrisye, terjadi hal yg tidak biasa. Ketika berlatih di kamar, baru dua baris Chrisye menangis, mencoba lagi, menangis lagi.

Dan begitu berkali2.Menurut Chrisye, lirik yg dibuat adalah satu2nya lirik paling dahsyat sepanjang karirnya.

Ada kekuatan misterius yg mencekam dan menggetarkan. Setiap menyanyi dua baris, air mata sdh membanjir. Yanti, istri Chrisye, sampai syok melihat hal tdk biasa tsb.Lirik lagu tsb begitu merasuk kalbu dan menghadapkan kenyataan betapa manusia tidak berdaya ketika hari akhir tiba. Sepanjang malam dia gelisah, lalu ditelponlah Taufiq dan diceritakan kegelisahannya.

Taufiq mengatakan bhw lirik lagu tsb diilhami surat Yaasiin: 65. Disarankan kepada Chrisye, agar tenang.Di studio rekaman hal itu terjadi lagi. Chrisye mencoba, tetapi baru dua baris sdh menangis. Dan berulang kali hasilnya sama.Erwin Gutawa yg menunggu sampai senewen.Yanti lalu shalat untuk khusus mendoakannya.

Akhirnya dengan susah payah, Chrisye berhasil menyanyikannya hingga selesai. Rekaman itu sekali jadi, tdk diulang karena Chrisye tak sanggup menyanyikannya lagi.-------
